Albert L. “Pete” Flocker 1938-2022 Albert L. “Pete” Flocker, 83, of Russell, KY, passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY, surrounded by his loved ones. Mr. Flocker was born November 6, 1938, in Russell, KY, to the late Adrian and Vada Vinson Flocker. In addition to his parents, Mr. Flocker was preceded in death by two brothers, William and Adrian Jr. Flocker, and his three sisters, Betty Felty, Nellie Price, and Mary Britt. Mr. Flocker was an engineer for Armco/AK Steel and a United States Marines Veteran. He enjoyed collecting knives and fishing rods, fishing, hunting, and cooking. He was also a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Tabernacle in Flatwoods, KY. Mr. Flocker is survived by his loving wife, Deloris G. Williams Flocker of Russell, KY; two sons, Albert L. “Pete” Flocker Jr. of Kittshill, OH, and David L. Flocker of Greenup, KY; one daughter, Anna Maria and Jeff Kircher of Flatwoods, KY; six grandchildren, Misty Flocker, Matthew Flocker, Sara Flocker, Allison Browning, Rachel Kircher, and Carolyn Kircher; five great-grandchildren, Madison Flocker, Henry Flocker, baby Bishop Flocker, Mary Gruber, CJ Gruber, and a host of extended family and friends. A funeral service will be held at noon on Monday, September 19, 2022, at the Pentecostal Holiness Tabernacle at 906 McCown St. Flatwoods, KY with Pastor Lloyd Bailey and Assistant Pastor Jeff Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Northeast in Greenup, KY.   Visitation will be at the Pentecostal Holiness Tabernacle from 10 A.M.- 12 P.M. on Monday, September 19, 2022.
