Charles Steven LaCerra

Charles Steven LaCerra, 37, of Ashland,KY passed away Sunday, July 15, 2012 at Ohio State Wexner Center in Columbus, Ohio.  He was born December 14, 1974 at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  He is a son of Joseph LaCerra and the late Marie Kishbaugh LaCerra.  He was the husband of Frances Curry LaCerra.  The funeral will be at 1 PM, Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY with Pastor Shaun Howard officiating. Burial will follow at Bentley Cemetery at Little White Oak in Greenup County, KY.
