Clifford Marshall Williams

Clifford Marshall Williams, 79, of Flatwoods, KY, passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at his residence, surrounded by his loved ones.

Clifford was born on April 2, 1947, in Flatwoods, KY, to the late Estelle Williams and Bertha Dehart Williams.

Mr. Williams was a carman for CSX Railroad.

He is survived by his loving wife of fifty-seven years, Helen Ruth Skaggs Williams of Flatwoods, KY; his son, Brian Marshall Williams of Flatwoods, KY; daughter, Patricia Lynn Williams Pauley of Flatwoods, KY; two grandchildren: Steven (Lynette) Michael Pauley and Brittany Ann Pauley; three great-grandchildren; his brother, Larry (Phoebe) Williams of Flatwoods, KY; and a host of extended family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at noon on Friday, August 21, 2026, at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY, with Pastor Lloyd Baldridge officiating. Burial will follow at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Russell, KY.

Visitation will be held one hour before the service on Friday at the funeral home.
