Debra Lynn Stevens

Debra Lynn Francis Stevens, 72, of Ashland, KY, passed away on Friday, November 21, 2025, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY.

Debbie was born on December 20, 1952, in Ashland, KY, to Anita Faye Francis of South Shore, KY and the late Millard Cecil Francis.

In addition to her father, Debbie was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Ronald Stevens.

Debbie was a homemaker who loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Charles Cecil (Felicia) Stevens of Ashland, KY; three daughters, Stephanie Renea (Mark) Menshouse of Ashland, KY, Deanna Ellen Williams of Flatwoods, KY, and Gretta Lynn (Joseph) Adkins of Russell, KY; twelve grandchildren: Justin Michael Grim, Robert Dylan Grim, Abbigail Renea Miller, Samantha Jo Adkins, Rhonda Faye White, Hailee Dawn Stevens, Alexus Marie Collins, Andrew Stevens, AnnaBelle Lynn Menhouse, Ronald AlexAnder Menhouse, Jesse Bryant Menhouse, and Breanna Ison; eight great-grandchildren: Zoey, Odin, Doc, Jackson, Roslyn, Malcom, Natalie, and Silas; one brother, Millard Steven Francis of South Shore, KY; and a host of extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
