James David Pack, 53, of Flatwoods, formerly of Ashland, KY went home to be with his Saviour.  He passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2012 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. Mr. Pack was born May 14, 1959 in Ashland, a son of Wanda Lee Cornwell Pack and the late Charles William “June” Pack.  Mr. Pack was a member of Bear Creek Pentecostal Holiness Church in Catlettsburg, KY, where he was a Sunday School Teacher for the Junior Boys Class.  He was a former dairy and frozen food manager for Piggly Wiggly in Ashland. In addition to his mother, Mr. Pack is survived by his wife of twenty six years, Carol Hall Pack; two daughters, Ashley Nicole and Angela Dawn Pack, all at home; a brother, Tim Pack of Ashland; a sister Linda and her husband Tim Stiles of Ashland; and he was a “Pappy” to Myla. The funeral will be at 1 PM, Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY with Pastor Mike Moore and Bro. Jim Evans officiating.  Burial will follow in Palmer Cemetery in Flatwoods, KY.  The visitation will be Friday from 6 to 9 PM at the funeral home and from 11 am until service time on Saturday.  For online condolences and webcasting of the funeral, please visit baileyfamilyfuneralhome.com.
