Phillip Lee Wiley

Phillip Lee Wiley, 47, of Midkiff, WV, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021, in Huntington, WV. Phillip was born July 16, 1973, in Huntington, WV to his biological mother who his loved deeply, the late Janet Lou Bellomy. In addition to his biological mother, Phillip was preceded in death by his biological father, Bruce Paro Sr.; his wife, Kimberly Wiley; a sister and most loved person in his life, Dorothy Elizabeth “Ginger” Staley Cooper; and a brother, Watson Edgar “Timmy” Wiley. Phillip is survived by his two daughters, Elizabeth Faye Wiley of Hurricane, WV and Kaitlyn Marie Wiley Adkins of Alto, Georgia; six grandchildren; his parents, Watson V. and Alice Faye Bellomy Wiley of Barboursville, WV; sisters, Kathy Ann Bellomy (Mark) Hess of Raceland, KY and Inez B. (Ronnie) Wiley Kirk of Barboursville, WV; brother, Curtis Paul (Lisa) Wiley of Milton, WV; sisters, Dana and Cindy Paro both of Arkansas; brother, Bruce Paro of Indiana; many nieces and nephews who loved him including Dillon Paro of Indiana and a very special nephew and friend, Eddie Allen (AJ) Cooper of Ranger, WV; and a host of extended family and friends. A graveside service at Franklin Cemetery in Branchland, WV will be scheduled at a later date with Evangelist Ronnie Kirk officiating.
