Romona Carol Patton Kosinski

Ramona Carol Kosinski, 73, of Flatwoods, KY, passed away at her residence on Monday, October 31, 2022. Ramona was born December 29, 1948, in Flatwoods, KY, to the late Harold and Arminta Melvin Patton. In addition to her parents, Ramona was preceded in death by her daughter, Stacy Rice, and her brother, Clarence Patton. Mrs. Kosinski was a homemaker who loved her family dearly. She was the president of the Flatwoods Women’s Club and a member of Advance Memorial United Methodist Church in Flatwoods, KY. Ramona is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Wayne Edward Kosinski of Flatwoods, KY; three sons, James (Tammy) Belcher of Flatwoods, KY, Jason Kosinski of Pittsburgh, PA, and Steven Kosinski of Alabama; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
