Wilma Lee Harris

Wilma Lee Harris, 76, of Delaware, OH, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at Grady Memorial Hospital in Delaware, OH.

Wilma was born on December 16, 1949, in Boyd County, KY, to the late Virgil and Janie Nolan Bullion.

In addition to her parents, Wilma was preceded in death by her loving husband, Larry James Harris; a sister, Alice Grizzle; a daughter-in-law, Veronica Sue “Ronni” Bunting; and a sister-in-law, Patricia Carter.

Wilma was a homemaker who loved to read, work puzzle books, and spend time with her grandkids. She was a graduate of Boyd County High School and of the Christian faith.

She is survived by her son, Michael Harris of Delaware, OH; her daughter, Shirl (Jeff) Bennett, of Radnor, OH; three grandchildren: Brook Bennett, Dillion Harris, and Shandy Harris; four great-grandchildren: Cyler, Liam, Noah, and Iris; a brother, Virgil (Kathy) Bullion Jr. of Catlettsburg, KY; two sisters, Jean Ann (Garrett) McCalvin of Catlettsburg, KY and Jackie Kiser Grubb of Raceland, KY; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 2 P.M. on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY, with Pastor Dennis Miles officiating. Burial will follow at Whitt Cemetery in Argillite, KY.

Visitation will be from noon until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
